Sam and Dean should’ve bought stock in salt a long time ago because surely they use it more than the average bear. Everybody knows you’ve got to salt and burn the bodies of ghosts, restless spirits, and the like.
The Colt and the Mark of Cain
Two legendary items in the show.
John searched all those years for the colt to kill ole Yellow Eyes. Hell, Dean even went back in time to The Wild West to snag it once.
And what can I say about the Mark of Cain? It corrupted Lucifer, made Dean a tad demony, and produced some of the worst karaoke in Supernatural history. It also released the darkness upon the entire Earth. No bigs.
